Gites La Mirabelle en La Masquénada

Two modern detached holiday homes located on the Corrèze/Dordogne border with beautiful views.

Visit the Dordogne (Sarlat, Lascaux, Domme, La Roque, Les Eyzies), la Corrèze (Turenne, Collonge la Rouge, Lac du Causse) and Le Lot (Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac) and much more.

La Mirabelle and La Masquénada have a living room with open kitchen of 43m².
The kitchen is modern. There is a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, vitro cooker, microwave, Senseo and normal coffee machine.

In Mirabelle there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In Masquénada there are three spacious bedrooms, two rooms with double beds and one bedroom with bunk beds.

Both holiday homes have a bathroom with a shower à l'Italliënne and a double sink.

There is a separate toilet. The holiday homes also have a laundry room with washing machine.

La Mirabelle has a workshop to store bicycles. La Masquénada a large garage for cars, motorcycles or bicycles.

There are terraces at the front and rear, and a lounge area on the back terrace.

There is WIFI. Enter the code on arrival and you can surf.

Who are we?

We are Barbara and Robert. We have two daughters Sanne and Solange and we have been living in Perpezac le Blanc for 20 years. Our children, now almost adults, go to school here. Here we are happy, the peace, nature, the weather, the beautiful villages, castles, rivers and lakes.

15 minutes away, in the village of Cublac, we rent out La Mirabelle for five years now and La Masquénada has recently been added. Fully equipped and according to Dutch standards. The houses are suitable for a holiday or longer stay. During your stay you can always rely on us for help and/or information.
